We’re committed to developing top-notch professionals. Your development is key ─ we take a holistic approach to learning by combining a variety of innovative learning approaches with on-the-job coaching and career milestone development experiences, to empower you to build successful and rewarding careers.
We have all seen the job listings “Candidate must have 5 Years of Experience” – well, most candidates that qualify really have only one year of experience repeated five times!! You do not need prior automation experience to join our team, but an inquiring mind and the proven ability to solve complex problems are essential. There is no such thing as Ground Hog Day at Olympus Controls; each day is different because we work in so many different industries – semiconductor, medical, packaging, aerospace, wood products. Our Engineers can be in a semiconductor clean room in the morning then an airplane assembly plant in the afternoon. Some of our new people actually joke that they can’t believe they get paid to do what they do.
The secret of our success is the people we recruit – and we’re always looking for the best.
