Contrast sensors are primarily used in packaging/printing machines for the detection of printed or control marks. Color Sensors

Color sensors function using a special three-color method. They cast light (red, blue, green) on the objects to be tested, calculate the chromaticity coordinates from the reflected radiation and compare them with previously stored reference tristimulus values. If the tristimulus values are within the set tolerance range, a switching output is activated.

The S300 Mini safety laser scanner has an impressive ultra-compact design ensuring it can fit easily into any vehicle or machine design. Strong performance with up to 16 triple field sets to provide the ultimate in flexibility. The triple field function enables a protective field and two warning fields to be operated at the same time. This minimizes downtimes and brake wear. The S300 Mini Remote has an internal interface (EFI) for safe device communication. This allows the realization of advanced system solutions, for example with the Flexi Soft safety controller. Complete protection systems for vehicles and machines can easily be implemented within the system network.

FlexiClassic Safety Controller


FlexiSoft Controller

Flexi Soft is a programmable and modularly expandable safety controller capable of being integrated into various networks. The main module FX3-CPU is the CPU of the entire system within which all input signals are monitored and processed via the safety logic stored in the memory plug. These signals are then used to switch outputs on the system through the FLEX BUS+ interface which connects all units to one another.  The main unit has an RS-232 interface with which the Flexi Soft Designer can upload and change system settings. The RS-232 port can be used for permanent diagnosis (i.e. PLC or HMI) as well.
