Empire Magnetics' brushless motor with a resolver form a single rugged component suitable for hostile enviromnents. The unique structure allows maximum power ratings, anti cog design and long life bearings.
Laboratory-grade vacuum motors are available in 11 standard frame sizes, and are a successful solution to all common vacuum chamber/motor design problems, including outgassing, cooling, air leakage, and corona effects.

- Stall torques from 14 to 451 lb-ins.
- Drive electronics can be removed and controlled from a more hospitable location via RS-232.
- These motors can accomodate rapid acceleration and deceleration.
- The brushless resolver can be used as the feedback device
