Automation - Application Support

Olympic Control's staff of Automation Engineers are here to assist you in solving your unique application. Our engineering services are intended to compliment and extend your in-house engineering resources thus giving you maximum flexibility with minimum resource drain. Olympic Controls can take on as much project responsibility as you need us to, from consulting and component selection to training and start-up assistance.

At Olympus Controls we pride ourselves on our relationships with our customers. An integral part of maintaining those relationships is our ability to support the automation products we sell. For many vendors, your autograph on the shipping receipt is the exit cue. For Olympus Controls, it's really the beginning of our greatest value to your business. We assume you'd rather not wade through the volumes of installation and operation manuals, so our engineering staff expedites your application installation start-up.

We work diligently toward strengthening the working relationship between Olympus Controls and our customer base. One way this happens is with extensive start-up assistance on new applications. This is assistance, not integration. Your engineers must be an active participant along with our applications engineers for both of us to benefit.

Whether that support takes the form of technical advice, on-site trouble shooting, or automation product updates, Olympus Controls is there for you. If you require more than the pre-specified allotted application support time to get your automation project up and running we can provide additional support to help you through whatever issues you are challenged with. Our investment in servicing you is a long-term commitment. Once your system is installed and running, we will support all efforts to keep it that way. Our goal is to be your preferred machine automation supplier with outstanding support and services.
