Robotic Workcells – Conveyor Tracking
The VSE is a compact, high speed 6-axis robot (sometimes also called vertical articulated robot) that provides superior performance with a compact footprint. DENSO’s optional conveyor tracking hardware and software interface with the robot and vision system enabling product to be picked from (or placed onto) a moving conveyer. Input from the conveyor motor’s encoder is fed into the equation allowing fluctuations in speed without error.
 

Microscan MS-860 Industrial Bar Code System:
The MS-860 makes reading bar codes and stacked 2D codes easy. Push-button calibration and a fully programmable feature set enable you to quickly and easily configure the scanner to meet your needs. Raster settings are programmable to read multiple symbols at different locations or at varying distances.

NEMA 4X HMI
Designed to NEMA4/4X standards these workstations will holdup in the harshest of environments. FDA Approved Servo Motors
Parker's MPF food-grade motors were developed for severe washdown conditions even with extremely harsh chemicals. The motors are coated with Dupont Teflon, which is FDA approved and impervious to most chemicals. It provides a "non-stick" finish which helps reduce clean-up time. Moisture resistant connectors, when combined with Parker's potted wash-down cables, assure that moisture and chemicals remain external to the motor.
