Microscan MS-860 Industrial Bar Code System:
The MS-860 makes reading bar codes and stacked 2D codes easy. Push-button calibration and a fully programmable feature set enable you to quickly and easily configure the scanner to meet your needs. Raster settings are programmable to read multiple symbols at different locations or at varying distances.

Microscan MS-Q:

The MS-Q Basic Imager is a portable handheld solution for reading both bar codes and 2D symbols. MS-Q reads a wide range of bar code symbols created from high contrast marking methods such as thermal transfer printing. Lightning fast processing speeds also add to the MS-Q's ability to acquire and decode multiple symbologies within seconds of each other, with no adjustment of the imager required.

Cognex 5100 & 5400 Machine Vision System:
In-Sight 5100 and 5400 machine vision sensors are the highest performance models of the industry-leading family of In-Sight vision sensors. These rugged vision sensors are equipped with a full library of proven Cognex vision tools designed to handle a wide range of vision tasks including part location, measurement, identification, and assembly verification in many industries.

Confocal Chromatic Displacement Measurement System:
Polychromatic light (white light) is focused onto the target surface by a multi-lens optical system. The lenses are arranged to divide the light into a monochromatic spectra by controlled chromatic deviation. A certain distance is assigned to each light wavelength by a factory calibration. The wavelength of light reflected from a target surface back to the sensor is then correlated to a distance.

This unique measuring principle enables displacements and distances to be measured with high precision. Problematic surfaces, such as transparent and glossy, are readily measured. With transparent materials a one sided thickness measurement can be accomplished along with the distance measurement. Since the emitter and receiver are arranged in one axis, shadowing is avoided.

Micro-Epsilon Line Scanner:
The laser-line profile sensor makes use of the triangulation principle for two dimensional acquisition of profiles on the most varied target surfaces. In contrast to familiar point laser sensors, a line optical system projects a laser line onto the surface of the object to be measured. The back scattered light from the laser line is registered on a CMOS array by a high quality optical system.

Along with distance information (z-axis), the controller also computes the true position along the laser line (x-axis) from the camera image and outputs both values in the sensor two-dimensional coordinate system. A moving object or a scanning sensor will generate three-dimensional representation of the object.
