Beaverton, Oregon, based Olympus Controls Corp. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Texonics Inc. located in Denton, Texas. This new partnership will deliver a unique value proposition to the Gulf Region’s diverse machine automation marketplace.
In 2009, upon the request of several of our top suppliers, Olympus Controls began expanding outside of the Pacific Northwest market into the Gulf Region market. Our supplier’s vision was to have Olympus Controls replicate our unique company culture and industry-leading best business practices into the fastest growing market area in the United States.
Founded in 1986, Texonics has been servicing the machine automation markets in the Gulf Region for more than twenty years. Their team brings a wealth of local experience to the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mexican markets. Over its long history Texonics has emerged as the most technically dominate machine automation player in this strategic marketplace.
We will be merging the Olympus Controls’ Gulf Team Staff with the Texonics’ Staff and centralizing our combined operations at the current Texonics facility in Denton, Texas. To read the full acquision relaese click here.
